search for airway clearance techniques. Vest is the most expensive, cpt works, along with autogenic drainage & a bunch of cheaper devices out there that should be covered by insurance. Coughing, huffing and then the skill of bringing it up is hard to describe. But I think your concern is that...

What type of compressor do you use?

I was on a long search for compressors, I had Pari Pro-nebs get slower and slower over just a couple years. I think we need a serious compressor for the 1-2 hour+ per day we run it. The Devilbiss Pulmo Aide 5650 seemed to have good reviews saying it lasted over 10 years w/ no issues. So far it's...

    Weight gain issues?!?

I'd recommend talking to your CF team, maybe they can test to see if you should be taking more enzymes. The supplements could help too, I assume you try to get in a lot of calories already. If not, there's plenty of resources online for high-calorie foods and your CF dietitian could give you tips.

    Mucus Plug again??

Sounds like what I would feel when I'd have an infection. I hope you have a CF doc & nurse & you're letting them know. In the meantime try to beat it out like loulou said.
