    Well, that sucks. It's hard enough to go back but then to have to go back to a "hostile" environment makes it even worse. Hopefully, after a few days everything will settle down and go back to "normal". How did Mark do at home without you?

    Cold - do you wait or get straight onto antibiotics

    We usually wait. Sean's beat his share of colds without them going into his chest. Even when he has gotten a chest cold, we've taken a wait and see approach. We usually don't call the clinic until he starts bringing up "greenies". We do, however, up his treatments as soon as we suspect something.
