I'm not sure of which flora is better, but I take Culturelle. That is what my cf clinic nurse said they recommend. I can't really tell a difference when I am on it, but I usually try and take it when I am taking antibiotics. Like ehtansky21 said, it is expensive (about $24 for 30 days).

Thanks for all the replies. I am still a bit sore today, but it isn't as bad as it was yesterday. I'm still guessing it is the Prednisone. It was only a short course (8 days). The first 2 days he wanted me to take 4 pills (80mg total) and the remaining days were 2 pills a day (40 mg total)...
