MediCARE participants who receive home infusion services

Jen, that would be awesome! I will PM you <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> You probably get IV coverage because you have special assistance, which involves medicaid, and they do cover IV 's for home. To the "chubby" CFers

To the I am on the chubby side, my pulmo is okay with it though....whenever I am sick, I tend to drop weight fast so that extra padding comes in handy.. It's not unusual for me to drop 20 lbs in a severe exacerbation. I do want to lose a little though, it's funny, a few years back, I couldn't...

    PICC line

If the tip goes too far into the right atrium of the heart, palpitations are likely to occur, once the line is pulled back, then all should be well. That's why they take xrays once the PICC is placed, to make sure that the tip isn't too far advanced. If you are having palpitations with position...

    Sudden rapid heartbeat?

Okay...I just saw that you are still inpatient.....while you are there, can't they put you on telemetry to monitor your heart? That is just a thought since this has happened twice to you already...That way, they can tell what is going on the instant your heart decides to take off on you. Just a...

    Sudden rapid heartbeat?

You could be having bursts of of tachycardias from arrhythmias.....They come on quickly and can go away just as fast. I have had these from my SVT's (I posted about it on your first thread regarding this). Sometimes I need intervention to stop them, but they also have stopped on their own. Have...
