when i first started doing them about 1.5 years ago i was gettin liek 20% and i was totally panacing but like most ppl on hear have said it dose take a while to get used to them. now it has takin me ages to get used to i am in the 80's now.

i should also say sorry casue it has nothin to do with the origional post! and no sorry i dont no any won that works for them.

i have heard of this vest as well, i am from the uk, it is kinda non-existant over hear! would any opne suggest it is def worth lookin in to? as in now, or leave it for later on in the future? just curious... cheers davie boy
