    GHPP in California

Thanks for the responses, guys. That's good to know, Nightwriter, although it is seriously depressing to hear that they've cut so much of the staff. I've decided to take the trip there next week to try to get everything sorted out.

    GHPP in California

Thanks for replying, Julie. It would be quite a long trek, since I am in San Diego and I believe the office is in Sacramento, but I'd be willing to do it. Did you just show up, or did you have to make an appointment to see someone?

    GHPP in California

Hello, I am a big fan of this forum, though I've rarely posted. Right now, I have a problem I was hoping someone would be nice enough to help me figure out. I recently moved to California (in January) and applied to GHPP. In four months, I have heard nothing back from them at all. I don't...

    Need help writing a letter

Hi, i'm sort of new (posted once before), but I am a writer and have worked with non-profits writing grants in the past, so I would be willing to give you feedback, and/or help you draft something. I am 28, female, with CF & CFRD, not that it matters too much in this context, but fyi. Also, I...

VERY IMPORTANT for adults with CF living in North Carolina

Hi, I'm new. I went to UNC Chapel Hill for a year and while the people I worked with in the clinic were great, financially it was a nightmare. I had to apply to several separate programs to help cover the cost of clinics and prescriptions. Each one took months for them to assess my...
