Wasn't clinically beneficial which means its yours if you can cover the full 300k price tag and get a script from your doc. I think if the foundation had to buy this drug for every delta out there they would go broke and not be able to fund anymore research. Besides the results DF508 had with...
I'm really sorry about the blowing smoke comment. I would give my left arm to get my daughter some vx-770. I'm just like throw in some 661 and 809 too and if it doesn't pan out in a couple years she'll stop taking it then. I mean its probably safe. Right?

I'm thinking about starting a strict regimen to try to reverse my daughters bronchiectasis she acquired due to her mis-diagnosis. Do you know of anything that can return elasticity to the bronchi. I read calcium flouride but couldn't...
No he doesn't carry a gating mutation because he says he's got two class 2 mutations which involves degradation of the protein before reaching the cell surface. I think he means he's heterozygous for DF508 in which case he might be trying to get on the vx 809 trial or maybe he's just blowing...

I think they'll test it on the heterozygous delta's in the second part of the study just like the 809. If you look the completion date isn't until August 2013 so they have alot of time to play around with things.

Awesome!! Thanks for linking that for us. I've been waiting a long time for them to start trials for the 661. I think we're all going to have alot to look forward to hearing about at the conference next fall! Cheers!!

We only saw our social worker in the hospital after our daughter's diagnosis. Now he only shows up at clinic appointments if we request his presence like to ask about SSI. We don't like our dietician either. She makes rude comments to us and gives real ambiguous answers to all of our questions...

Risin' up, back on the street
Did my time, took my chances
Went the distance
Now I'm back on my feet
Just a man and his will to survive
The article did say that while n1303k prevents cfrd, df508 encourages it. Maybe thats why some people with this combo are having these borderline results. I dunno though.
