I'm a vegitairn and it drives me dietician nuts. I'm not really healthy in the weight department. Well I guess I'm not to bad I do consum mass amounts of ensure. I'm actually a very strick vegan and it's something I choose to do. Although they are right fats and proteins will help.

I get it at least 2 times a yr pnemonia that is. I'm 18 almost 19 and I've had the flu god knows how meny times. I have 10 bacteria though so. I was diagnosed at 3 months because of pnemonia.

Have any of you ever had this intence chest pain that lasted for a long amount of time. Dead center of your chest? It's crushing and really painful.. I've never felt anything like this and nothing is helping. Any advice is wellcome. I do have pnemonia but this isnt like that kind of chest pain.

I do track and Cross COuntry and marching band if you count tha which I think you should... but I know any sport with swimming or running because it helps to strengthen the heart making it easier on your lungs making it easier on your digestion.... I cant run anymore because of sever hemathosis...

I get that feeling a lot any more.. I play my clarinet but latlly that makes it worse... Read or do something that makes you happier. I know when ever my fingers get een worse or my whole face is cyanotic all I have to do is something I love and all the depression fades to nothing.

I wish my school was like that... My high school is but the vo-tech center is not... I really wish they would understand I always do the work and tests...

Well I go to Lenwee County Vo-Tech and it states that if you miss more then 7 days you dont get credit. How ever in my IEP it says that they legally can not do that to me because I have a medical condition that causes me to miss a lot of school... How meny of you have faced this with a teacher...
