I live in Maine so I know how you feel. I was told those who live in colder climates get more colds because we are locked indoors with all the germs. I never am in the hospital in the winter it is always late spring or early summer...go figure. But my lungs are very sensitive to the cold weather.

ADEK are the fat soluble vitamins, that is why we need them...we don't natually breaf down the fat so we don't absorb the vitamins. I have taken both ADEK and vitamax...vitamax tastes a little better. Thay are both chewable. Sometimes I also take a multi-vitamin by GNC.
The Pulmozyme thins the mucus and the hypertonic saline creates a water barrier between the lungs and the mucus so it moves easily. They both serve different functions. I always do the pulmozyme first, then the hypertonic saline and the my vest. It seems to work pretty well.
