Just another thought... He maybe allergic to Bactrim? My oldest had a rash with Omecief and had a very bad red pimply rash itchy everywhere even in her hair! And i would check his urine? She also had a urinary tract infection. Later diagnosed with kidney reflux.

Sharon- Thank you for your reply! Brinly has turned out to be anemic on top of her air trapping (reason for her pale face) and we added iron supplement to her diet. We just finished TOBI and go to the clinic again in 2 weeks. Why did you feel the need to get a second opinion???? I really am...
