    I don't think green automatically means pseudomonas. I am colonized with Steno and mine is daily green of some shade too. And I think Deb was prob right too about it being and old mucus plug. They can come out in thick gelatinous type blobs. Jen 41 w/cf

    What is *normal* for you in regard to daily amount and color of sputum when you are not "sick"?  I cough up a fair amount everyday and it is usually always greenish...sometimes lighter sometimes dark.  At times I am just like "alright...enough already!!!" ;-)<br><br>Jen 41 w/cf, mom of 4 (1...

    That is so awesome Havoc!! And yes, exercise IS key to maintaining an improving your lung function. I have been pretty sick lately and I can tell my PFT's would not be at my best right now, and part of that is because I haven't been as active as I am normally. Again...WTG!!! Jen 41 w/cf...
