Hey Bonnie,

No problem. You sounded like you really needed (((HUGS))). <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

As far as your sinus issues, I kind of know what you are going through. I have had 4 sinus surgeries in the past 12 years. The left side of my nose is so bad that it no longer drains properly on its own. That is why I have to use Sinus Rinse everyday. Sure, I can use Cipro or Amoxicillin, but it gets real bad the minute I'm off the antibiotics. That was when I switched to Sinus Rinse. It's a hell of a lot better than getting sinus surgeries every 1.5 - 2 years.

Not to be gross or make you puke but...My nose would feel so clogged up for about 1 week straight. Then, I'd be driving to work (always at the worst frickin time), and I'd feel like something was about to drip down. I'd pull off the road. The next thing I knew it would drip. I'd gag and spit it out. Let's just say it was the size of a half dollar!!! I won't go into color...

I really hope I didn't make you puke or go into labor! LOL! I just wanted you to know that my nose is really messed up. I started using Sinus Rinse 3 years ago, after my 4th surgery. It has been 3 years now since my last surgery, which is a record for me. I no longer have to pull off the road either. LOL! That whole mess is just about clear. In the summer, I do have to irrigate my nose more often but the rest of the year is fine.

Okay, now that I made you want to miss your next meal...I'll let you go!

I guess a few more (((HUGS))) couldn't hurt? <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif" border="0"><img src="i/expressions/present.gif" border="0"><img src="i/expressions/heart.gif" border="0"><img src="i/expressions/rose.gif" border="0"><img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"><img src="i/expressions/sun.gif" border="0"><img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0"><img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">

Hopefully, you didnt' need this... <img src="i/expressions/bathroom.gif" border="0">

Bonnie-dh geek here too and did same setup for me and it realy helped. Just FYI I went with viacord and if you use them could you throw me a kudos and say I referred you? I will get a kickback on my storage fees <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> they are a bit more pricey but with something ssooo important its worth it, thye are the most established, oldest, most renown, most uses to thier name I believe etc etc.

I considreed a # of things when selecting peds but one thing was how they answered their phones, IE in person, voicemail, level on call service, night weekend hours etc. Last thing you want as a frantic parent in middle night is poor service.

Also, one tip I got when I had so many contractions was to ensure I was well hydrated and if I felt a contraction to drink 8oz of water and lay on left side (which of course you are already doing). I had to take terbutaline for last couple months, are you on anything? Are you to call dr if you have contractions? For me the protocal was to call if I had more than 6 an hour. DId you have yoru FFN yet?

take care!

Bonnie,

So sorry to hear you are on bedrest. Ick. but you have the internet! My saving grace. Actually I cannot compare. I have never been on bedrest for pregnancy. I did bedrest for 4 days after IVF, that's it. It felt kinda long too, but I loved chatting online. I also ordered every cable channel (a tad expensive) but I had all sorts of shows on HBO, Cinnemax etc. I didn't have a DVD player in my room, but if I were you, i would get one, if you don't have one cause you have many many weeks ahead.

We banked the twins cord blood with CBR. They had the best twin discount. So if you go with CBR, I can refer you and get you a discount! :) I actually heard a lot of the time the cord blood is valuable more for siblings than the originator themselves. I don't know where i heard it, or why, but that might be a question you should ask if you don't plan on having biological sibs for baby.

Good luck and hang in there! Do you ever log into the chat room on this site? I never did until a few nights ago. It's kinda entertaining. I heard there are not a lot of folk during they day, but we can plan on times to meet in there if you want to talk. Let me know!
