It said "excessive" gas. And it was to do with the malabsorption. Another cause it listed was something to do with the gall bladder. It doesn't seem like something that can be "worked off" with exercise.

Riss doesn't have any trouble passing gas, either....or clearing a room....lol.

I've always had a pot belly with the exception of a few months when I did high impact aerobics which involved a lot of crunches, etc. Then I went & got pregnant & that blew the flat-ish tummy all to heck.

I think having a 6-pack is totally out of the question for anyone with any GI disorders; and I really don't care about it that much anymore. I like to say that life is not a fashion show, I'm not out to impress. But I can remember when I was in my teens, my motto was look good first, everything else after. When you get older you learn to prioritize.

I guess I just wondered if it was possible since we all cough so much on a daily basis. I know when I was in my 20's this was true, it wasn't until I turned around 32 or so that it went south quickly. I used to have somewhat of a "6pack", to get there now seems like a looong road. Your right, looks aren't everything, it would be just nice to get rid of the reminder of having the disease.
