Any guys w/o a belly???

During my years in Karate and Judo, I had a fairly trim tummy (maybe a bit rounder in Judo---needed a bit of extra weight LOL)

but, during my 10 year (or is it "Tenure") in my first marriage, since there was never any food around, it was a flat tummy, with a bit of a "six pack", maybe "four" since I was still active in Aikido and Iaido at the time.

Now, it barely shows anything but I guess age, lifestyle and basic CF stuff you come across as you get older came into play..at least I'm eating better in comparison to when I was in my first marriage.

I'd love to get back into shape again, but it has been harder for me, no room for the WiFit, no time in the day since I spend 3 hours in the daytime just to commute to work and back.

It depends on whether your "belly" is distention or actual fat. I have some distention which I'm able to hold in. Most of it came from malnutrition when I was young until they finally diagnosed me. With regular exercise you can have and maintain a pretty lean stomach. Things like some medications (steroids) and CFRD can have a serious effect on your weight as I have experienced (I don't know if wither of those things are an issue for you or not).

If you are in good respiratory health, look into the crossfit program (www.crossfit.com). If you live around a major city you should be able to find a gym that runs the program. If that doesn't get you in shape nothing will.
