Thank you everyone for the responses. I knew for a fact i wasnt the only one. Isnt it funny ( well not funny, but you know what i mean) how some of us require them on a constant basis, and some hardly ever have to take them at all <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif" border="0">

I am currently taking Bactrim DS (twice a day), Azythromicin (once a day), and Levoquin (twice a day).

I have been on the bactrim since I was diagnosed at 21, I was given K flex (don't really remember the name) a few years later to double up with the bactrim while sick. Last year they gave me cipro to double up with while sick, by the begining of this year I took cipro and bactrim daily. A few months ago they started with the Azythromicin in addition to the cipro and bactrim.

On July 13th I was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia and after they released me had me drop the cipro and take tetrocycline (which was hell on my digestive system). After thhe tetrocycline...I went back to Cipro and (not kidding 3 days later, last Friday) was told I have mono! The called tuesday and told my I have legonellosis.

For right now I am still taking the bactrim, azyth and levaquin...but my dr may change it if I do not improve.

Sorry for such a long answer!

Max is 4 and has been on Keflex since he was a month old. Zithromax started when he turned two and he recently added septra when he cultured Steno Malt a couple months ago and apparently that one he'll also be on for the long run. His primary cf doctor is an infectious disease specialist.
