Our kids get up early to get their morning breathing treatments done (which means they go to bed earlier, too- like at 8:30). We try to multi-task as much as possible like doing HW or reading at the same time as treatments but it's not always easy. We just make it a point not to over-schedule the kids with extracurricular activities (not easy!!) so they have the time to get things done and relax.
