Does anyone have back pain and neck pain? I have both and when my neck needs to "crack" I have severe shooting pain into my head like a very bad headache, once I take Tylenol, I guess it reduces the swelling, I am able to crack my neck and that seems to help the head pain. But not much helps with the lower back pain. Just wondering if its just me or if anyone else has these problems? and what works for you?</end quote></div>

I have reallky bad neck & back pain. I can only take so much meds to ease it & only go to the chiropractor so often.

I have "self cracked" for years. Often it helps, but not always. If its really sore & cant crack or if cracking doesnt help I get my hubby to massage. That usually loosens things up to allow it to crack properly.

Hubby says one day I will be walking down the street & my head will fall of LOL!

Does your neck pain cause your head to hurt? My husband and daughter get disgusted when they hear my neck crack, but it has to be done or I am in so much pain.

Yes it causes headaches & causes my jaw to hurt also. I think the jaw might be my biting down to relieve the pressure tho.

Mine has not been officially diagnosed as arthritis, but since an antiinflammatory works wonders <b>I</b> consider so. I just cant use a lot of them due to my history of hemoptysis.
