CF Conference in Denver

The Children's Hospital in Detroit went..they took a whole slew of people. Not just those from the CF clinic but my favorite nurse from the floor and a recreational therapist who sees us..a physical therapist was supposed to go but she had to have surgery.

I am talking like Children's is still my hospital..Um yeah University of Michigan's team was there too representing my my peeps..that's my CF clinic now..boooo!!!

My friend who went let me barrow her two books she got from there..If ther's anything interesting I will post.

Emily, thanks for posting about Childrens in Detroit . . . that's where we go! (I met you at the CFF Boardl Meeting a few months ago . . . I told you that our nurse, Deb, talked about you at our first appointment after Sara was diagnosed -- for those that don't know, Emily is somewhat of a legend at the Children's CF clinic!! :sun<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">.

I was wondering if (and hoping that) the team from Detroit was represented at the conference!! Great to know U Mich was there too . . .

There were about 3,000 people at the conference - very heartwarming for me. A number of patients from the National Jewish (Denver) Adult Clinic were there, including me. Next year is Oct 3-7, Anaheim, CA.
