CF & Poor Math Skills

sounds fishy to me. CF does not affect intelligence or have anything to do with learning abilities. it's purely a physical disease. i could see if you are physically unable to do something, but i don't believe that CF has an impact on one's learning ability or how they gain knowledge.

OMG, I finally have an excuse for being awful in math. I'm totally using it.
I just thought my lack of math skills was because I had math right after lunch (we'd run around, play basketball, etc) and I'd concentrate more on NOT coughing than learning math. OK, weird but we've all been there at one point.

I manage 4.0s in nearly every course EXCEPT math and I trace it back to my HS days where I simply spent too much time in the hospital and not enough time in math class learning the fundamental rules of math. It's pretty simple to catch up in other classes, where all that's involved is reading and interpretation, but missing consecutive math classes can be disastrous.
