Hi I haven't posted in a while cos i've been on holiday it was great, and no haemoptysis yay!!!
I went to clinic yesterday and my blows were down probably due to the holiday cos i don't do nebs when i'm away (i haven't a portable nebuliser plus its a lot of hassle when flying)
I only do my Tobi once a day and take it continuously as i don't have time to do it in a morning. My doctor said my blows have been sliding for a while and its proven to be more effective if you do it twice a day and a month on month off. I can't see why it would make a difference since i take it all the time and doing that way you don't take it at all for a month. Just wondered if anyone can shed some light on this ??
I also mentioned how after taking my Zithromax i get really sharp stomach pains for an hour or two after. He said to try 250mg rather than 500mg. Does anyone else get this? The other night i took them had my tea and drove somewhere i nearly had to stop the car cos the pains were so bad .
