Clubbed fingers

I always wondered what it looked like and here is what I found:

I'm older, Stage 3, but don't have any clubbing. I do have fingernails that really scoop and curl and twist - kind of like a Frito! - when they get the slightest bit long. It's a lack of some vitamin, but I don't know which one.

My toenails are horrible. My big toe (don't laugh) is about twice as wide at the nail as it is at the joint. It looks very funny.

I have mild clubbing. It gets worse when I have an exacerbation too. A few years ago I got the flu despite getting my flu shot and I had huge ridges in my nails that took forever to grow out.
