Hello,
I posted a couple weeks back and got awesome responses on going gluten free. I haven't made the switch yet, but my daughter is on the autism spectrum and I keep reading positive reviews on this diet. The tough part for us is going to be losing dairy. Kate is a HORRIBLE eater! I'm afraid if I take out dairy, my daughter is going to drop weight like crazy! I was wondering if anyone had some tips or ideas of what to do in place. Obviously, Kate's health comes first, but I would love it if she was able to become more verbal by switching her diet.
Thanks for your help!
