Yes, I believe that dairy is mucus forming to many people.

The real issue is that milk is heated to extreme temperatures which changes the protein & destroys nutrients. Raw milk from grass fed cows is much better, but raw goat's milk is the best!
If a person is going to drink milk, please try to get raw, organic milk. It is what nature intended.

My daughter cannot handle dairy at all. It increases her cough within hours of eating it. She can do small amounts of raw cheese. She does great on raw goat cheese.

Every person is different, but I would stay away from commercial, non-organic milk. There are so many chemicals, antibiotics and hormones in the milk. Not to mention the disgusting, horrible conditions that cows in huge milk factories live in.

We need to start thinking about and questioning where our food comes from and how it is made. It is not as clean and safe as we all want to believe.

In the future, history will show that we could not sustain the food system that is currently in use. It is not beneficial to humans or the earth. Eat local, shop local!! Support small farmers. Support sustainable agriculture.
Sorry- but I feel very strongly about these subjects.

It's hard when stuff like this comes out because we are caught in the cross-fire.

Do I still drink it? Should I not drink it? I've been drinking it for X amount of years and it didn't seem like it hurt anything, but now all the sudden I think it's thicker.

I've been told numerous times that there was no scientific evidence to back it up, but since I heard about this I still try to avoid dairy as much as I can... expecially when I am feeling more conjested.

I don't know about anyone else but when studies like these come out it makes me question what is really true and how the mind can sometimes manipulate you into thinking something just because you heard it. We all want to stay healthy, but at what cost?

Over the Years I have heard Folks with and Without Cf
say Milk products makes for more Junk,,,

Never been the case with Me, I agree with MELX
I Love Cold Milk.I still drink whole Milk daily with no problems.

I think it depends on the Person and Cf or No Cf
Some People have this issue.. My Past Cf Docs and my Pulmo Doc
all have told me to drink as much as I like. and I Do.
