Grab a skipping rope and jump for 30 seconds. Take a break, do a few coughs...and repeat <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> (beware stiff legs/feet the following day so ease into this one)

Sure. You need to learn to huff and then cough first though. Once you know how to do that...you need a bronchiodilator like xopenex or albuterol and if you don't have those drink a cup of coffee. Then get on a treadmill or jog or any other pounding exercise and stop every 2 minutes to huff-cough 3 times. Spit whatever comes up out into a dixie cup. 15 minutes or so should be enough but if not keep going til you see less mucus coming out. If you have acid reflux take a Tums before starting. Even if you don't cough much out on the first try, anything you do to loosen it up will help next time (that's part of the reason why CFers should never skip a treatment). Something else you can do is eat garlic every day to help fight whatever infection might be brewing. I hope you feel better soon. Kick it's butt!!!

I like to lie on my back on the couch or the bed with my head below the level of my feet. I then do some huff coughing.

Now this one's a little unorthodox, but if you have a sense of humor it works. Do you know how to make a farting sound by blowing on your hands? Put your hands together so that your wrists are touching, then put them against your face and blow as hard as you can while puffing out your cheeks. This creates the same sort of back pressure as using an Acapella or Flutter.

Crude, I know.
