I do the vest and active cycle of breathing and recently walking almost daily.
What get the most immediate results for me is nebulizing hypertonic saline, eating hot and spicy Indian food, albuterol (of course), and the following yoga poses (#2 and #3)

I also get a lot up while doing pilates. I have taken only three classes, but this inspired me to buy a video to do at home. I am 2+ years postpartum on the last of three kids--the pilates is doing wonders for major weak spots that were hidden by 6-pack-coughing abs. And I SO remember trying to jog eight months postpartum and my uterus feeling like it was falling out and the ligaments tweaking and pinching with every stride.
