Well written! Normal is like beauty and wealth, it is in the eye of the beholder. What is normal for one person could be abnormal for another!!

Exactly, what is normal? I don't think anyone has a 'normal' life in this world, really.

But per se normal, I think my life is normal. Its certainly my normal. From the outside I think it looks normal to others too. But I know that if another mom had to live my life for a week it would rock their world for sure. They'd probably be shocked! And though I'm used to my life and the daily UGH that is chest pt, I occasionally think 'wow what would it be like to just get up and start your day like all other moms, and not have to sit here on this vest for an hour, and be exhausted afterwards??!'

Interesting study question.
There was an entire chapter in my AP Psychology textbook trying to explain and quantify and sort all the things that can be called "normal" or "abnormal". And it comes down to either no one is normal, or everyone is normal.

(Out of curiosity- what study was it?)
