does anyone have ssd ssi? and married?

yah i think that is gonna be an issue cuz i have not worked 5 years so i dont think i would qualify.... darn it! do you have to work full time for 5 years to qualify or can it be part time.. i think i have worked maybe a total of 2 1/2 years but thats it...i really think they should do things differently! its sooo messed up if you are sick and working makes you even sicker then you should just get ssdi or whatever!!! ughh!! the system is sooo messed up!

how old you are now, they years you worked and the approximate amount of money you earned in those years. I can get you more information than what you seem to have been given.

I'm also going to do a little more research on the fact that you recieve SSDI from your dad, which is different than recieving it on your own accord. And I'm not sure if marriage would affect it since it's not based on your work history.
