OH YEAH haha this is the same for me as well. Sometimes, on the weekends, i hold out on my treatments for a few hours and cough a lot of stuff up. I feel like, if there's stuff in there, i might as wel cough it out, right?

But during the week with school and everything I do them right after I shower. Speaking of which... anyone out there find that showers are therapeutic as well? On days that i take a shower (most days haha) i cough a lot less and i feel less tight than on days when i skip my shower.

Let me know guys

Could it be that the Vest shakes the mucous loose and it starts to go down into your lungs again? Deeper, where you don't really feel it, but it is there and it is harder to cough up because it is deeper. While when you first wake up breathing in the night brings the mucous up a little, you are laying down so it doesn't go down that soon. And when you wake up you feel it sitting there, higher and that is when you cough it up?

I have never had a Vest, so it's just a guess. Have always had CPT.
