Our clinic said pulmozyme is the only thing we are supposed to do with the vest. They gave us a sheet of the order resp meds were to go in. It was brochiodilators, pulmnozyme, CPTs (after or with in the case of the vest) and antibiotics last.

That's the order fostermom did them in as well except she was never compliant on CPTs and never did them at all, forget about the order of things.
