Dr thinks son may have CF

Sorry for all of the frustration you are dealing with! I don't really see the point in another sweat test. The symptoms and the results of the first test indicate to me to cut to the chase and get the FULL genetic screening done.

The "pediatrician that specializes in CF" that you will be seeing - is this who recommended the second sweat test? Hopefully at your office visit you can give your son's medical history and they will go for genetic screening.

She said she had the results and wanted to see us, but she didn't have anything available til tomorrow afternoon. wow, that sounds super stressful indeed!

try not to panic. if he is indeed diagnosed w/ CF then you've found an amazing support group and wonderful people w/ a ton of life experience.
