It sounds like the screen is clogged (I don't have one, but have been reading about them a lot, since I've been thinking about it). How long have you had it? Have you been following the cleaning instructions to the letter? I've heard this makes the screen last much longer. I think that some people have gotten an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner from their supplier that helps to clean the screen.

I hope this helps, and I'm sure someone who actually has one will be along shortly to help you out. You might want to try reading Sakasuka's blog about the eFlow too- there maybe something in there to answer you questions. Good luck!

If it's not working properly, I'm with Andee, chances are, your aerosol head is clogged. An important note that some people miss... when you rinse it before you put it in alcohol, are you rinsing it with distilled water? It makes a big difference. All the minerals and crap in tap water screw with it and kill it a lot faster. If you use distilled water (I get a gallon for 99 cents at Rite Aid -- real cheap), it keeps working the same as the first day you had it.
