Hi all!
I have always been very compliant with my treatments (meds, vest, neds, etc.) but I have a really hard time sticking with a regular exercise routine. Currently (i.e. the last three weeks) I am trying to exercise 3 times a week for 30 - 40 mins a pop. "Try" being the operative word there. Unfortunately, when the choice is between a nap and exercise the former always wins out. Frequently, I feel too tired to exercise or once I start exercising, about mid-way, my legs really start to hurt (even if I stretch). I feel like there is no good reason why I should be too tired to exercise - I only work PT, and my FEV1 is usually in the mid 70's. Does anyone else have a lot of problems motivating themself to exercise???
