Hello all. Just out of curiosity, do you guys excercise a lot just with the aim of improving your health? My question comes from the fact that i , basically, just get up in the morning, do my treatment sitting down at the computer, relaxed.. Then for most times i dont do anything else all day that will directly improve my overall condition. I do eat properly but i dont excercise. Sometimes i feel guilty for that..
Another thing is, i do avoid smoke environments but, if i feel like going to a bar i just go, sometimes every weekend like a lot of healthy people do.. And have the odd drink (socially). <img src="i/expressions/beer.gif" border="0">
Do you feel like you spend most of your time doing activities related to improving your health or you just try to live as normally as you can?
