I had another appointment at my tx hospital and was hoping to have them say "ok, all your tests look great, we can discuss your case and put you on the list"
Instead, I got, "all your tests look great, but you only weigh 101 and we need you to be AT LEAST 105 but preferably more, so we can't list you at this time. Come back in a month."
I'm so disappointed <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0"> I gained five pounds this past week in the hospital and I still came up short.
I do g-tube feeds, 4 cans of feed totaling 2000 calories. Unfortunately I'm on IV meds and they make me super-nauseous and I find it really hard to eat.
Last night I mixed a scandishake into my feed to add a little extra oomph.
Any other ideas?
