Poop issues drove me nuts when DS was a baby and I could NEVER get a clear answer from the doctors about what normal poop looked like. DS didn't have a normal poo until he was out of diapers. He probably didn't get enough enzymes as they were always fluffy, not well formed and sometimes he would stool during diaper changees -- I'd go thru 2-3 diapers in one change.

He also had from time to time what was called meconium equivilant. Stool backed up in the colon (constipation) and liquid poo getting thru the crack, making me think he had diahreah. And his butt would get bright red if the poo stayed on his butt for any amount of time, so I usually just used triple paste instead of desitin.
