I tried to find it on the cf and GSh message board but since it was an older thread it isnt available anymore. Either way, the dosage you are taking isnt excessive at all, and it is certainly helping you, so def. stick with it.
Ohhhh speaking about liver issues...... Gsh is very beneficial for liver issues, there have been a lot of stories on the (GSH) message board about GSH helping cf'ers with liver issues.

Thanks Diane for all the info. You and I had a discusion about this some other time thru a thread like this and I went out and bought some gsh but never took it out of fear.
So after this thread I have started to take it. I took 500mg twice yesterday and will do the same today.
I have just been told by my dr that I have elevated liver enzymes. They took a panel back in Nov and the results say that the levels are a little high.
So if this works for the liver too then hey its a double good thing lol.

I actually cleared using GSH and NAC (I use the fizzy Nac) with my doctor originally because of my liver issues. I also take Ursidoil. Good luck <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> !

Khristine, I am glad you started with the GSH and hope you see great results with it regarding your lung health and liver issues as well. I sometimes wonder if the GSH is why i dont have liver issues after all the assaults we put it thru in the past 12 years of frequent iv's and continuous oral antitbiotics.
