I would just be wary and ask what kind of studies they have to show that TOBI is still as effective as it is with other nebs. My CF nurse said that the reps said you could use TOBI but she felt that because TOBI was so thick the e-flow could change it's composition and affect how it works. She just wants us to wait for data to back up claims that the e-flow is OK with TOBI.
