Thanks dramamama! I will ask about that tomorrow when I talk to my doc! I am infusing over 1 hour.
The on-call nurse told me to skip my first infusion this morning while he talked to the on-call pulm at my hospital. They want me to keep doing the infusions but gave me the go ahead to take my prednisone. And I am going to call my doc first thing in the morning and see what they say.
The prednisone seems to have helped at least so far. I did achey after after my afternoon infusion but nothing like last night. They also said to take 1 aleve and 1 tylenol an hour before my infusion and another 1 of each after or during if I feel the pain coming on. So at least we have a plan right now until I can talk to my doc.
