This morning i just took my HS out of the fridge when i first got out of bed and nebbed it half an hour later and Mel was right, the chill was off it and it wasn't irritating at all.</end quote></div>

not to be negative, but isn't the point of the HS to MAKE you irritated enough to cough up the mucus? otherwise you're just breathing in vaporized water and it's not doing it's job.

TOO Much irritation isnt good. I had major reactive airway issues when I used HTS. It closed my right up & havent been able to get the benefit of it even with 3% in the hospital.

Yeah it is and it does make me cough still. What i mean by 'irritated' is actually i get really short of breath and uncomfortable for at least half an hour afterwards and am actually too inflamed to cough anything up - just a weak, dry cough, can't even get enough breath to use my acapella. This is what happens when either i am really sick or i neb my HS when it's really cold.

I use the newly formulated TOBI that has a reduced concentration than the "old school" inhaled/neb (non-eFlow) TOBI. The type that was vialed for use w/ the eFlow.
