I think mine takes about 20 minutes too, with a Pari LC + and an Ultra II. My Pulmozyme and Xopenex take somewhere around 7-10 mins, my HS (4ml) takes about 15-20 mins.

Yep, it takes mine about 20 minutes ... Sometimes 25 in the Pari Ultra II.

you might want to consider getting an eFlow and nebbing tobramycin. it should take about 7-9 minutes to neb with the eFlow.
