How many hours of sleep do you get at night?

I don't get nearly enough sleep; usually between 6-7 hours/night and I'm usually exhausted during the day.

Hard to get a lot of sleep w/ working 50+ hours a week, treatments and going to the gym for 1-2 hours after work. I can function, but would like more sleep and less work if given a choice <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I don't sleep much at night, have difficulties going to sleep,so I go to bed around 3 at night, but I compensate by sleeping very late into the noon. And, very often, I also sleep late in the afternoon, so all added I sleep more than 10 hours a day. I can go with less for days, if I have to, but eventually I have to catch up with it. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">)

I definitely think sleep impacts lung function in that lack of sleep -> more susceptibility to infection -> decreased lung function, so I try to make a sleep a very high priority. Luckily, I usually only need 7-8 hours, although, if I have an infection brewing, I might need another hour or two. (Now that I am pregnant, that's a whole different story - I need like 9-10 hours of sleep now!)
