I have found one thing that bothers me, especially since I have had to have so many IV's...my teeth. Prior to repeated and prolonged IV's, my teeth were decent..white and without cracks or pits or anything. Now, they have discoloration, funky lines that remind me of fungal growth and just seem more brittle overall. I take calcium and try to avoid repeated use of whiteners, they can't be all that good for your teeth. I know that dental hygiene is very important, in fact it is always stressed with each visit with the doctor's because of the bacteria that like to hide out in our mouths. Also, if you do have problems like this, what do you do? Thanks...Jenn <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
