For you...Tami had very good advice for you, having it legal would be helpful in the long run... document everything... set amounts through the court are best, so if he stops paying, he will have to make up for it sooner or later (speaking from exper. ) I'm so happy to hear you have all these plans for you and Lucas... I would also add that you should get a legal custody order in place...otherwise the father could just take Lucas and you would have no recourse.

i know im looking into all of that. Tomarrow is monday. im gonna go to the courthouse and file for temporary custody. So that way he cant take lucas and then bring him back and me have to go kick some clint behind. adc and foodstamps and temp custody is all on my giant list to do <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
