I see you live in Allentown. I live in PA too and I was able to get state aid a few years ago when I wasn't working and needed to be hospitalized. If you are working but not enough to get health insurance look into state aid still.

We all have feelings of hopelessness with this disease and anyone who says they never have is lying IMO. It is your choice whether or not you are ready to give up and let yourself die. No one can make you do treatments and take care of yourself. But if you are giving up because you don't have access to medical care then you REALLY need to look into it. PA may not be the best state for medical care but it certainly isn't the worst. You can get covered. You may need to make changes in your life and that is something that only you can decide, but it may be worth it to recieve the care you need.

I have heard there are towns in the U.S. (very liberal areas, maybe San Francisco) that offer (or maybe it's on the drawing board)comprehensive health coverage for those with chronic health problems/disabilities. Of course that is dependent on you absolutely having no chance where you are now, and moving.

Also, there is always Canada, England, or several of the other European countries that offer socialized medicine. If I was in a situation where I was 100% screwed healthcare wise, and there was no way out, I'd hoof it to one of those places and seek citizenship.
