Yes I have been down that road before and I am so sorry you are having to now. I would have loved to have known about this forum when we were going through it. I felt so alone and really noone understood how much I was hurting. My little boy is now 4 but it seems like yesterday we were doing what you and your baby are doing now. He was in the hospital for 9 weeks and 2 different hospitals before I was able to bring him home. He had the same surgery as your baby girl did. He had his second surgery at 5 weeks old to put his intestines back together. He had to go on antibiotics a few times while in the NICU for different reasons. I know how hard this is but know you are not alone...there are many of us who understand and have been there. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your baby. You guys will get through this...I thought our lives would never be normal again but they are....a new kind of normal but it does feel normal again. Praying that your baby girl gets better very soon and you are able to bring her home!!
