Thought this may be a fun "getting to know you and your routine" since I know we're all curious what other CFers do to stay healthy...

Just curious what everyone does for exercise? How often and for how long? Also, do you use supplemental O2 with exercise?

To answer my own question:

I try to jog on treadmill 3-4 times per week (air quality here is horrid to run outside IMO) for about a 15 minute jog and then walk 15 minutes.

I use O2 the entire time I exercise at 2 liters.

treadmill usually anywhere from 20 minutes to a half hour. I also sometimes use Light dumbell weights ( 3 - 5 lbs.) while walking on the treadmill. I never used to use o2 before my last stint with pneumonia, but now since i have it here ,i use it and it enables me to walk easier than when i didnt use it. I also have 2 jobs that are fairly physical. I do housekeeping twice a week ( big house) and i go to local junkyards and pick car parts to sell them. Junkyards are big and i have to walk the whole yard to find what im looking for so i do consider that a lazy but fun sort of exercise....lol
