I exercise three days a week at a local PHysical Therapy clinic as part of a Pulm, Rehab program. I use upto 2.5 liters of o2 most of the time especially for cardio. I lift some weights and stretch. I always feel so much stronger after. I also make sure to have a healthy snack right afterwards cause I'm under wieght.

To answere Diane's question when to pull back on exercise. For me I just let my body do the talking. If I can't do it I can't do it. It usually happens when my requirement of o2 goes up to 5 liters . Then I just take time to treat my infection and rest. After the infection is under control most of the time includes a period of time in the joint .. I try to start some exercise at the hospital with PT or by myself in the room, so I'm not to weak when I go home.

Well enough from me.

I jog a little over 2 miles every other day. Sometimes I'll use the elliptical instead of a jog, but not very often anymore. I always follow up my jog with free weight lifting.
