EFlow!
I take albuterol, hypertonic saline, pulmozyme and Tobramycian every other month. Before EFlow, it was taking me at least an hour a.m. and again p.m. to take my nebs. Now it takes me 15 minutes, if that!!

Anybody ever try vesting on a treadmill?</end quote>

Wow, interesting thought...although I must admit, I was thinking about the benefits of vesting on an inversion table...

My son has CF and he is 3, newly diagnosed, I don't think I could invert him yet even if I wanted to .... I am waiting for My diagnosis as well. sweat test was marginal on me, but only one arm would sweat. They sent out for an Ambry panel I'm 31.

I've nebbed on a an eliptical.... not enough O2. And my FEV1 was about 98% at the time.

I was breathing in a lot of the meds, as opposed to O2.

DIdn't work for me, but that's not to say it wouldn't work for others

That being said I did neb while lifting weights and aside from tubing getting in the way, it seemed to work OK.

I do often blow dry my hair and/or put on make up while vesting / nebbing. Working 40-50 hours a week, being 100% med compliant, sleeping 8-9 hrs a night, and exerciisng like I should requires some multi-tasking!
