mbrown52, if you're just dating and not getting to deep - don't worry about telling him.
But if you are going to be in a relationship, you should tell him. Don't make it a big deal, just let him know the basics that come with it.
For example: can't be around people who smoke, can't eat certain foods, etc.

If you're in a relationship and you don't tell, when he finally finds out - he'll wonder why you kept it a secret.
Think of it this way, if the tables were turned and HE had CF and didn't tell you - would you be upset?
