i'm 17 and i'm thinking about going on the injection and i'm going to talk to my doctor but i just want to ask some cf ladies before i ask the doctors i know i'm young but i want o know when i'm young....please try to help

If that is what you mean, than yes women with cf can take the depo provera injection/shot, although speaking from experience, I hated it. I wouldn't reccomend it to anyone. It made me so tense and depressed and I think it made my cf symptoms worse too. I was tired all the time.
I have also been on the Nuva ring and I like that much more. I felt so much better on that.
As for it messing up fertility-thats a personal choice. Its possible, but you also want to be careful to no get pregnant till you are very very healthy and able to get through it and care for your baby.
